.max file conversion

Post by Mike »

I used a Visioneer scanner for a few years, and unwittngly saved my scanned photos in the default *.max format. I no longer have Visioneer and would like to convert all my .max files to .jpg. I tried using XnView but got a message saying it didn't support this extension. Any help would be appreciated.

:) Hello !

- Waiting for an eventual support in XnView at writing - hoping this is a well documented format - you might give a glance HERE. So, you could display your *.max files ;)

• Let notice that the plugin is free of charge, but you must install Total Commander - a one-month trial period is free, no restriction along it * … -

• Normally, you can display your pics in XnView too. You could capture the most important ones, then save the captures as an usual format… big job, though.

 Kind regards,
Claude

* …and even after that trial period, but indeed it's fair to purchase a licence, it's so cheap and all updates are free "for life"…
