Can't rotate

I have download the version 1.82.4 everything seems ok, only that I can't rotae any of the pictures, single or group.
I have WinXP

In both I am afraid individually and singularly. Any ideas?

Moonseye, which kind of picture file type are you talking about?

There are various types of rotations and ways to apply rotation on an image. Some questions to track your problem (some of these have been posed before):

- Which menu item do you use for rotation?
- Do you use JPG lossless rotation?
- Do you first open your image and then rotate it?
- Do you use Batch conversion (you would know if you do).
- What's the original format and colour depth of your image?
- What's the size of the image?
- What exactly happens after rotation (error message, ...)?

All in all we have to first understand how you proceed, then we can say more.
