There's no resample feature in XnView?

When I magnify an image ACDSEE shows resampled image (thus soft) but XnView shows very jaggy image. I tried find out resample option but I couldn't find it. XnView has no resampling feature?

"Tools > Options > View > High zoom quality" check the boxes for reduce, enlarge, and fit to screen.

Even though there's no option to choose which algorithm to use, it still does closely as I expected. Thank you, Darken.
