Better IPTC/XMP support

Hello,

I heavily use IPTC to describe and organize my pictures. I have two improvements ideas for XnView:
1. add XMP support (XMP is slowly replacing IPTC as metadata of choice)
2. add ability to select and display IPTC/XMP tags in Thumbnails&Details and Details views, therefore allowing to sort by them.
This feature is implemented very well in Exifer and PixVue. I use these applications for now, but I would love to have it integrated in XnView.
