is the source for xnview available?

hi all,

i'm looking for a foss image viewing app. after quickly poking around the xnview website i didn't find any links to the source. is the source available?

if the source is not available i would love any recommendations for a similar application that includes the source. ideally with a gpl-compatible license. cross-platform would also be great but if it's not that's ok (i have multiple windoze and gnu/linux machines at my disposal).
