When you save 32bits picture, only 24bits is saved???? Which JP2000 plugin do you use?

Yes, alpha is discarted.

I tried both: standard and LuraWave, but same results.

There is no option to preserve the alpha channel....
Also using "lossless compression" option, alpha is not saved and the new image is 24bits.

I've tried with Jasper plugin, and 32bits are saved as 32bits

Hi!
Sorry for the long delay......

The problem is solved.........
I have never uninstall xnview since first intallation........looks like I like it :)
So any new version was installed over the old one.
But now I fully uninstall it and reinstall the lastest and everything works fine.

Thanks again.
