Search in description is case sensitive

Post by Anika »

I'm not so glad about the feature that XnView's search in description is case sensitive. I have added to all my digital photos german keywords in the description. e.g. "Natur, Blüten, Schwertlilie, blau"
If I search for "Lilie" I won't find this picture. So I have to perform a second search for "lilie". Now the first search results are gone. I would like to have this features to be added: selection if search is case sensitive or not.
A second more complex feature request is an advanced search for more than just letters next to each other, in this example to search for "Blüten" AND "blau".
I hope you understand my problem and find a solution for it.
Greetings,
Anika
