Smooth Arrow Keys

I love XnView, but I've been forced to switch back to the sluggish ACDSee simply because of its smooth scrolling with arrow keys. I've tried many other image viewers, and none have this feature; thus I have no other options.

Is there any chance it will be incorporated? I can't think of any improvements for this feature over ACDSee's version.
