about the quality of convert jpg to gif

i try to convert jpg to gif as the fallowing command batch
"nconvert -out gif -o %%gif -dither -ratio -colors 256 -resize 120 0 *.jpg"
convert format and resize. and then i found the output gif quality is really bad than i use photoshop convert or 2gif convert. I show the result at link

convert gif form nconvert

convert form photoshop or 2gif
http://rcsdown16.myweb.hinet.net/img/4.gif

1.gif size=4.12K 4.gif size=3.5K
could anybody help me? thanks

Don't use -dither
