When viewing image, the image shows big pixels

Once again, thank you guys for all the answers. I'm downloading Neat Image now to see how the pictures turn out. I still have the negatives, so it wouldn't be a problem to get them printed someswhere else.

But I still have one question. If I open the image in Pain.Net. The shown image is much better than in XnView. Can someone explain how this is possible?

Higher zoom quality settings are off by default in latest version.
I use these settings:
Options>View>High Zoom Quality>[x]Reduce,[x]Enlarge,[x]Fit to Window/Desktop

That was the trick. It now looks the same as Paint.
