Options to specify what to show/hide in Viewer/Browser mode

Right now, there exist a few options to show/hide the toolbar/status bar in the view menu, but these affect both the Browser module, and the View module.

I think it would be nice to have separate settings (I like to hide everything in View mode, but it's nice to have it all in Browser mode)

Also, it would be nice to introduce a setting to hide the Menu bar in View mode, in the same way. This would allow minimal windows in View mode, and also fix the "issue" where a very small image has a very large window because it needs to show the menu.

I agree about the need for an option to hide menu bar in view mode while not in full screen.
