I have recognized an unlogic behaviour of the dialog for multiple file conversion. How to reproduce it:
I select one or more pictures to convert from the browser view, call the conversion dialogue by right click. Now I want to add another picture by dragging it from the browser view. But the conversion dialogue is on top with exclusive priority and I can't select another picture or folder.
But after I have done a conversion suddenly I can select other files and folders while the conversion dialogue is still on top.
Could XnView behave this (second) way right from the start?
I hope you can reproduce and change this behaviour.

Re: Multiple file convert dialog on top
I could easily reproduce the behaviour you described. After the first conversion the modal dialog "Multiple File convert" stays still on top but no is longer modal and one can use all functionality including the menus and drag&drop. You can even select the menu "Convert...", again, and open another dialog "Multiple File convert".Anika wrote:...

Even if dragging might seem useful to you, this is a bug and not a feature. Also I wonder whether it would be intuitive to people to drag files from the browser to the dialog, especially as the multi convert dialog covers most of the XnView browser.
- Dialog "Choose files"
From my point of view, the selection of files still has some potential for improvement, personally I don't quite understand how the dialog "Choose files..." which is opened when pressing "Add.." is used, properly. E.g. what does the checkbox "Include sub-directories" do?
