There are buttons "<<" and ">>" for moving toolbar buttons. ">>" is used as symbol for inserting something, so for moving horizontally we should use different symbols. I suggest graphical arrows similar to "Move up" and "Move down" in Batch rename and many other dialogs.

- It looks so nice with Tahoma, Verdana… but not with all fonts, though…
- In Total Commander, there is no button, you can sort the icons of a bar via Drag & Drop, this is fast. You can place the new icon to add in the same way, it's shown prior as a selected empty square area…
