{Minor} Minimal selection size…

Good evening,

• I noticed for a while that the minimal size one can select in XnView is 3*3 pixels.
- This is a bit annoying in some cases

- Smaller seems possible, I tested :

• In M$Paint : 2*2
• In UniView : 2*3

• Should be the “2*2” possible ?

I agree, I've come across this when trying to get 80x80 for avatars and can only get 80x79 or similiar.

We need the "Manual Selection settings" that PhotoFiltre has for this.

• Hum… A Normand's answer : «Maybe well «Yes”, maybe well “No”…»
- Perhaps Ckit has a problem when the dimension he wishes doesn't fit as an integer count of 3*3 matrices in some cases?
- I remember that we had a bug in the same painting in some old version…

• However, I tested to copy from a 80² selection, all is right with the 1.90 A2.
Same for cropping as a 100² remaining area, it's right too…

Should be the “2*2” possible?

Still not fixed in Beta 5.

One nice thing that would be very usefull it's the ability to set some aspect ratio (default 1:1) when holding Shift or Ctrl when making a selection.

I support this as well!
