PDF to PCL Conversion

I have PDF files which I'm attempting to convert to PCL. The conversion works, however the resulting PCL file appears to be 1/10 the original size, mirrored, and inverted. Am I just doing something wrong with the conversion?

How do you view the PCL result?

To view the PCL result I'm using PCL viewers, either SwiftView or RedTitan EscapE. Both have evaluation versions available if you need to test what I'm seeing. Both display the same result.
