Rotate 180 deg: Assign an own hotkey or add a toolbar icon ?

I need the "rotate 180 degrees lossless JPEG transformation" very often.
So I would apreciate to have an own hot key or (even better) a
new icon in the tool bar for this operation.

Is this possible?

If yes how do I set up such a hotkey/new icon?
