I've just noticed that in the XnView Browser an image can be dragged within the file list and when dropping, a copy is made. For me this behaviour is a bit uncommon, but why not.
Now, when dragging a file within the file list and pressing Shift key (for moving instead of copying the file), the "Replace" dialog is shown which does not make sense, since the move will not do anything.
Instead of the "Replace" dialog, nothing should happen. Or dropping to the file list should be disallowed if folder is the same folder.
