How to batch-convert files to the input directory?

I use the batch convert function to resize files.

1. I leave the output directory as empty.
2. I load a script to setup the transformations.

In my memories, if I leave the output directory as empty, the files will output to the input directory.
But now, the files output to XnView install folder.

How to batch-convert files to the input directory?
I'm using 1.90 Alpha2.

I expect it will recreate source subfolders in target directory.

Then it's not good, it should greyed out target dir and "keep folder structure" IMO, at least it was suggested to do that, since most users didn't know that they have to empty target dir. Now it will be even more confusing.

Yes, "use original folders" and "recreate subfolders" are different options and would need other to be greyed out!
"Recreate subfolders" could be better wording in such a case than current "Keep subfolder structure"?
