a3: "File" menu - Various issues

In alpha3, some things in menu "File" have changed:

- "Open.." is missing (bug)
- "Exit" must be last entry in menu (bug)
- "Exit" should be separated from other menu items using a separator.

There are menu items "Nero" and "MyPlugin" which are good for nothing for most users. There should be a way to hide these menu items - either automatically or by an option.
