Hi, I have exactly the same XNview r(latest) release and I can play it on a XP-SP2 based PC, but another PC with Windows 2000 it does not play, only the sound is heard.
Pls advise

Hi,
that was also my impression.
I assumed that XNView had the supported codes in it
But now i understand that it just uses installed codecs on the system.
Can you tell me where I can find the installed codecs on the XP machine and copy them to the W200o system or is is not possible, just to copy them?

I strongly agree with FFDShow but I also have Keopi's XviD codec installed too!Olivier_G wrote:I would recommend downloading and using ffdshow.
Don't bother installing DivX it seems to be crap these days.
