REQ Flash Video Support

Post by ckit »

Currently, WMP can play FLV videoes but only if Gabest's FLV DirectShow Filter is installed.
I think FFDShow supports version 1 of FLV too.

Any chance of XnView plugin to support this type of video?

Sure, it's done.
Services like YouTube are filled with FLV's and WMV's but mostly FLV's.

I just found out that full support for FLV videos is available in VideoLAN Client 0.8.6 nightly builds.
OMG, I can't wait for it to go Gold!!!

VLC 0.8.5 will only play 20-30sec of FLV and then exit! LOL
