I don't know if it'd be possible for someone to make a DJVU export plugin based on the rather limited code that's freely available, but it'd be great if it could be done. DJVU is a very good format, but suffers from lack of a decent free program to create images with (several progs can view DJVU, but only a few can create it). DJVU creation should appear under creating a multipage image (DJVU's greatest strength is in multipage images). These links might help:
