b2: Cursor unavailable after cropping.
Sometimes after using lossless jpg crop, mouse cursor becomes unavailable.
1. Use viewer in fullscreen.
2. Select area for cropping.
3. Use <ctrl + shift +y> to direct jpg crop.
4. Now use <alt + m> to move file. *Mouse cursor is unavailable for this dialog - but not everytime. When it happens, the following occurs:
5. Return to viewer and browser using <enter>. *Cursor unavailable for Xnview while in desktop view- but works for other applications.
XnView 1.82 <x>

Pierre.
Still a problem in RC1. I just loaded huge jpg (about 8000x6000). Performed multiple <ctrl + shift + y> on it. Mouse became invisible in viewer and was not seen again until restart.
A completely different way to watch mouse disappear is to disable scan headers and use details view. Then pressing F11 on file will do nothing but make screen flicker. But mouse will vanish here in browser view as if you were in fullscreen.

Once !

- This occured here under XP-Pro just after the update ß3—> RC1 at the first start-up. I closed ¦ restarted XnView, then I could not reproduce this again !A completely different way to watch mouse disappear is to disable scan headers and use details view. - My INI remained untouched, and no problem currently, I retested with all browser views, that works…

Still occurs with RC3 (new ini) using high resoltuion images and lossless jpg crop in fullscreen. I have not seen problem with standard crop.marsh wrote:Still a problem in RC1. How many crop do you make? Do you have the tips box?
Pierre.
Usually happens on first try with 6meg_9000x6000 jpg (2 or 3 chops required sometimes). I see the tips box and it works.xnview wrote:Can't reproduce itmarsh wrote:Still occurs with RC3 (new ini) using high resoltuion images and lossless jpg crop in fullscreen. Update: Cursor disappeared for me after using <ctrl shift y> 9 times on same image - an 800x600 jpg. I had tips box disabled.
This needs to be moved to the 1.90 testing area.
