b1: Export keys not working

Export <ctrl + alt +s> keys don't work on Win2k.

Works for me on Windows XP SP2. (At first I did wrong and pressed Ctrl+Shift+S).

Confirmed here on WinXP SP1.
Get the bugs fixed, THEN start adding features. It sucks, but someone has to do it.
