B1: Zoom step in Full Screen¦Browser

Post by Clo »

• The step of zoom chosen in the Options in not applied in Full Screen from the browser. It works in Full Screen “View”.

- This is not new, I get the same behaviour in 1.82.4 (and certainly in older versions). I use that feature so rarely…

- This is annoying, because the step here is pretty large…
- I can't estimate it, because I can't display the grid to get a clue { not any key(s) }. :|

It's the standard zoom settings: 100%, 150%, 200%, 300%, 400%, etc...

Certainly a far cry from 10% if you choose that!

2% !

:) Hello !

• It's indeed too large… I use the zoom a lot in “View” where I set now … 2% as step, this is important for my jobs.
- And I whine because 1% seems impossible ! :P

- The point is that the zoom in FS-View follows that step, while it doesn't in the browser.
- This leads back to an old row : “Do we need two different FS views?” Image
- IMHO, since the stated step can override the standard blown-up scales in View,
it could be able to do the same in the browser.
- Hence I tend to classify such a behaviour as a :bug: needing to be fixed up.
Whether some users wouldn't like this, it's still possible to set an option to use¦don't use the step in the browser FS…

Confirmed. When opening the fullscreen directly from the browser (fullscreen light) the scrolling setting is not applied.

Note: This is an old bug which can be seen in 1.82.4. I'll keep this bug report in the 1.90 testing anf fixing process, nevertheless.

Zoom steps are applied to browser's fullscreen now. This is useful to compare one view to another also.
