Larger icons in browser tool-bar

• Like I requested as a note elsewhere already (and a while ago in some messages)
I would wish to use icons a bit larger in the small browser too-bar.
- 16² is really tiny, it doesn't allow to draw nice meaningful motives.
- So, 24² could be OK, and maybe allow any size between 16² and 24², if possible…

But current icons ARE meaningful. Bigger icons in secondary toolbar only take away space for file list.
No need to change here.

• I don't think so, and I don't use the default ones, I draw my own.

- I request the capability to set another size in a skin.

- Sorry, but I don't use your eyes, for mine 16² is a fly crap !

In my opinion:
- 16² should stay (and be default)
- 24² would be nice (variable too).
But too much design changes for 1.90 -> postponed.
