B1: Drag&Drop cannot be used when tagging files

When tagging files and then using drag&drop, an information message is shown: "Tagged files will be used instead selected files, do you want to continue with tagged files". Sure enough, after confirmation you are no longer in drag&drop mode.

This information message might make sense in some context, but when using Drag&drop it destroys the user action of dragging and dropping.

To reproduce:

1. Activate tagging (View > Tags > Show tag box)
2. Tag a file by selecting its checkbox
3. Drag the file
--> The information message appear. After confirming the message you are no longer in drag&drop mode. :bug:

Verified fixed in Beta 2.
