Browser->Fullscreen hi-q upsize not working

If high quality scaling is enabled for View mode, and you open Fullscreen from view mode, it works as expected for all images. If you open fullscreen straight from the browser, however, and you either have "fit all" or hit / to do it, it will still use nearest neighbor upsize for small stuff. Big stuff downscales as expected. It'll stay that way until you close fullscreen and reopen from view mode.
