Steps:
- Open XnView in Browser Mode (WinXP SP2)
- Options -> Interface -> Toolbar
- Uncheck "Use Flat Buttons"
- Click OK and we still have flat buttons, the toolbar becomes a little higher in height and the dropdown list arrow for "File" is raised!
I have tested this on Win2000 Pro SP4 and the bug isn't present.

Pooooor !

• Here under XP-Pro, I can say that the "buttons" are drawn, but they touch ones others,
hence the “3-D” effect is pretty poor :

• One one hand, that saves space for more icons, but on the other hand, the aesthetic is not satisfactory…
- It was the same for several previous versions 1.8x

SP1 sticked !

- Friends (computing professionals) advised me to keep SP1,
just to avoid a lot of similar annoyances…

Ok, right. In 1.82.4 too, only if you use xnview.manifest!ckit wrote:Steps:

So the new Xp style doesn't like non flat button!!
Pierre.
Ok, I can confirm renaming the Manifest file does fix the bug.
XnView now needs a "Known Issues" text file to be packaged with it but that's only a suggestion.
