Favourites and Categories - Context menu issue

Post by Dreamer »

Context menu (right mouse button click) doesn't work at the folder tree - tabs Favourites and Categories (favorites tab at the folder tree). It works only at the first line.

:) Hi !

• I can confirm in “Categoriesonly, for Tree and Favourites, it works at any place.

Note : Here, I've not the XP-style menu, but it was the same in all previous 1.8x versions…

Folder tree works good here too, just Favorites and Categories doesn't.

Me neither.

So it's "Single click to expand..." - this option must be enabled (@ Browser > Folder tree).

OK, so Category is not a bug, but...

"..."Single click to expand..." - this option must be enabled (@ Browser > Folder tree)."

And I see that also "Single click to rename" must be disabled, perhaps also other options must be enabled, so enable all except "Single click to rename".

...Strange, now it works, it doesn't work only for subfolders, not sure if it's a bug. :?

If you want to reproduce a bug, but it looks that it doesn't work only at subbfolders, so it's not a bug?

If you have 'single to expand', you can not open the context menu in folder tree??

No, just subfolders in Favorites, but it's probably not a bug?

For me, in B3, the Favorites context menu only appears when right-clicking directly on a Favorite. The context menu doesn't appear when clicking in the Favorites panel's "white space" nor when clicking on any subfolder of a Favorite.

This is logical, but aggravating in actual use.

The context menu appears for me when clicking in the Fav panel's white space. I have found a few small areas where it doesn't respond but it's too small to worry about.

Context menu does not appear when clicking on a subfolder of any favourite.

The context menu appear only on a favorite/favorite folder or white space, not on a disk folder
