Horizontal scrollbar for thumbnail pane
When resizing XnView's main window horizontally a horizontal scrollbar is shown for the thumbnail pane. I think for the thumbnail pane no horizontal scrolbar should be ever shown.

Hi !• I can get that undesirable H. scroll-bar only with 1.82.4, and only when I restore the full size.
- I couln't get it with 1.90 ß-3 in the same conditions till now…
- XP-Pro SP1 here, classic Win 9x theme.
