Extracting frames from many movies in batch?

Hi.

I have multiple avi files that I need to extract the first frame as a jpeg. Is this possible?
I select all the avi’s
Click Tools>Extract Movie Frames
Select start frame 1
Select end frame 1
Click OK

All I get is the first avi converted to jpeg? How do I batch this to convert ALL the avi files at once?
