b2: Remove all View/Default buttons crashes

Removing all buttons from 'Default' or 'View' toolbar produces crash.
It will then crash on startup until "default.bar" configuration file is deleted or edited.

Similar to new reported GPF here:

Bug is still present in Beta 3 (different crash)

Steps:
- Open XnView in Browser mode
- Options -> Interface -> Toolbar
- Delete all buttons -> Ok
- Close Browser mode and Crash!
- Try and restart XnView and Crash on start too!

Please if you test this bug make sure you have a backup of your "default.bar" file you will need it as XnView corrupts it after crash!

You remove all buttons from which toolbar?

Default one, didn't try Browser or View.
