The compression rate setting is supposed to work the opposite way from the quality one (a higher value is supposed to mean lower quality/higher compression), but it works the same, with higher values resulting in higher quality.
Other bugs of JPEG2000 Export:
- There is no delay when entering a value in filesize with Auto-refresh ON (type "2400" and you will get 2KB, 24KB, 240KB 2400KB with all the computation in-between... )
- Progress bar is not accurate (XnView doesn't response for 3x more time)
