Single click to collapse

Post by Dreamer »

It's a nice feature, it is possible to collapse folders by double click easier, but since expand by single click option is available, also "Single click to collapse" would be nice.

I don't understand the relation between the title and the message itself... :?
Moreover, I am not convinced by that 'Single click to collapse' option (expanding is nice when you select a folder to see its subfolders... but I don't see any use for collapsing at the same time).

Me too, perhaps it has been renamed, or... It was too late, as now :)

It's useful if you have small folder tree area and open folder with lot of subfolders, so you can't open another folder, without scrolling, then it's useful to click to collapse and then click to expand other folder, but it's not possible to collapse by single click, only expand, so it's annoying and also a bit confusing.

Why not just use the [+] symbol to collapse the expanded folder with a single click? That's one of its feature, right... :?

Because it's too small and it's even more annoying than double click anywhere.
