B5: Rebuild embedded thumbs only for saving?

Is [x]Rebuild embedded thumbnail only for saving, not writing?
With this option off, JPG lossless rotate always rotates thumbnail.

Yes, the embedded thumbnail is not recreated, only rotated :-) (lossless)
