RC1: Left paneseparator static in layout 7

RC1-bug: In layout 7 (three vertical panes) the left paneseparator can not be moved (the one separating treeview and thumbnailsview).

Ok, a little problem with cursor...

Fixed, just like all other splitter problems, in RC2!
