multi-local select webpage creation

first i'm sorry if this topic exists - but i don't know how to search the forum for this idea...

for this idea i picture something like a button on the Web Page Create Tool which when pressed allows browsing to other folders again and again if desired --- so that a page (or pages) can be generated with a collection of images from many different locations/folders....

hmmm - i guess no one really takes advantage of the 'Web Page Create' Tool - a fantastic item, where you can create your one templates - and even make dynamic pages for the templates....

i figured - WOW - wouldn't it be cool if the ability existed to select files from different folders to create such pages (all at once) -- but i guess no one else really cares...

oh well...
