Converting pdd files (Photo Deluxe)

I'm sorry, Pierre. What do you mean by 'try to go to the next page'? I've read all the help files and gone through the process for converting the.pdd photos to jpg but still get the black square with the message above. I've gone into Options-General-Startup-Use all formats available, but without success.
