Crop tool with rectangular shape?

Post by Troken »

Can the crop tool get some way of making a perfectly square shape? If I understand it right, today I have to count the pixels myself.

Uh... do you mean perfectly square?? Every selection shape xnview is capable of making is a perfect rectangle.
You can currently make a perfect square by going edit->selection ratio->1:1.

What's your idea of a "perfect rectangle"?, the size of 2 squares put together?.

No, no, I just mixed up the two; I mean square. A perfect rectangle? Maybe the golden ratio?
