Add new noise correction filter based on FFT or wavelet algo

Add to XNView a powerfull noise correction filter based on the FFT filtering or Wavelet technology, like made by :

NoiseNinja, NoiseWare, neatimage, etc...

some exemple into page :

Those filters cost money, I suspect that you can't just add them. The only free filter was a stripped down version of the proffesional one.

The photoshop plugins can all be added to xnview as long as they're properly activated/keyed, of course. (Although not all may be compatible, I've only tested neat image with it.)

Yes, I mean that I don't think you just can implement a noise reducer into XnView like that, those are copyrighted filters, and to program a new filter exclusively for XnView would be a big effort. But naturally you can always add external filters yourself!

Of course, IF there are plans to implement a noise reducing tool into XnView, I would support it. :)
