Rc1: Gappy group-box frame in “Web page Create” dialog

Hello !

• I've noticed already that there is a mess in the controls of this dialogue,
and below that I can get with the (patched) French DLL if I tick the GIF radio-button :

       How it looks in the editor —>

• “Interlaced” appears, but “Progressive” disappears, while the Quality field and its caption for JPEG do the same…

- I know now that some dialogues have hidden controls to use the same box for another function, but there,
I guess this is a hitch : IMHO, the two choices for GIF might be displayed, like in the editor.

• Back to the original topic, there is no moth-eaten frame in the French DLL,
because I fixed up the control “Use original…” above the bottom-line (originally too high, it overlaps the frame).

Hey Clo, look what I found: marsh has beaten me by 581 days, 6 hours, 9 minutes, 56 seconds!

Since the last proposal won't fit all translations, perhaps this one will:

JPEG sould be same in all languages. It could be placed on same row as GIF and Interlaced. Also there is an incomplete seperator below these which could be changed.

• That forced me to report that I'm fixing up for each new version (tired to do so, I can't wait for the text language-files !).
- Hoping that our Dear Author shall lighten the mystery of the strange dancing options in that box !
