Every time you open the Categories Pane, it is scrolled down first (if the pane is not big enough to show the whole tree).

Strange, i can't reproduce this problem...

1. Change the layout to the one you can see in my picture above.
2. Close and restart XnView.
3. Go to the Categories Pane. Now you should encounter the issue described above.

• I can't reproduce this totally. I've set the layout #1 like you.

• Following your steps, I get the slider ~ at the midle of the scrolling-bar, while I left it at top…
- I'ld expect to get it again at top, so there is a small hitch around…

Yes, I reproduce this (little) problem too... and I used Layout #3

(It's a New installation of XnView, I haven't old XnView files (No old xnview.ini file))
