showing files in foldertree?

Post by newb »

Hi,

I tried XnView 1.90 and have 2 questions.

1.) I was wondering if there is an option to show files, zips, ... in the foldertree? So I can select files alot faster. And

2.) Is there a way to change the layout such as left-foldertree, middle preview, right-thumbnail pane?

Thanks alot.

P.s. Somehow I got the feeling this version is alot slower then previous version.

:) Hello !

• AFAIK, you can't display files in the tree…

• You have NINE different layouts available from the View Menu –> Layout (fifth entry from the top)

 Kind regards,

:) Hello !

• In fact, you'ld wish a variant of the layout #7, let's say #10, in a diagram something like this :

• I'ld bet it has been requested already ;)

- Anyway, you could present a request for this (after a glance in the Search here, of course !).
You may use the pic here, it's mine…
- I drew a series as alternative for the menu, and added this one…

BTW : It's handier and cool to register the forum here…
