Which pictures is in format GIF?

Fourth file from the bottom, it's nearly impossible to read icons in Details or List view regardless of how good they are. You should also turn off "Hide file extensions for known file types" in Folder Options -> Windows Explorer or Control Panel.

Also, when taking screenshots in Windows that don't contain 24-bit graphics like photos always save them as PNG which with a 256-bit palette will always be smaller than GIF and JPG.
