1.90.2 Mouse wheel does not work after closing browser

Bug in XnView 1.90.2
I have setting on mouse wheel - Previous/Next file - it is OK, but if you open picture and open browser (in XnView) and then close browser this mouse wheel doesn't work.

Confirmed. Further: after closing the browser, if you jump to another program and then back to XnView, it works again.
