Georeferenced CIT and GeoTIFF

Hello,

I'd like to know if would be possible to convert also georeference information between CIT and GeoTIFF format. This will be very helpfully because Czech national land register export only georeferenced CIT and I need GeoTIFF instead.
I didn't found any convert tool for that purpose and XnView is my favorite viewer and converter so this will another complex function to that.

Currently xnview doesn't support Georeference tags
