Setting different comments for the selected images

In Edit -> Metadata -> Set comment, we have the facility to write a comment to the current image. I am able to set comment to the current image by entering the comment and pressing write. The comment is saved against the current image and 'set comment' window is closing as desired.

Now I want to write comments to all the images in the current folder. I have selected all the images, and went for Edit -> Metadata -> Set comment, and entered the comment against the first image. If I press 'Write', the comment is saved against this image and the window is closing. If I press '>' button (next image), I am able to go to the next image but WITHOUT saving the current comment.

As a result, I am not able to enter different comments for ALL images in one go. After every entry, the comment is to be 'Written' and the window closes and the process is to be repeated for ALL the 60 images in the folder.

Necessary changes may be made so that when I go to the next image by pressing '>' or by '<', the current comment is AUTOMATICALLY SAVED against the current image before advancing to the next image.
