More Large Image Issues

XnView will thumbnail but will not view the image downloaded from here.

This image is a 240Mb (apparently standard) jpg, 5600 x 40000.

I have not been able to trick XnView into opening it. Not from the browser, nor from Run nor from File->Open. Message is: "Not enough memory".

Nice thumbnail, though.

For the record, FastStone opens the image successfully, though indeed after a wait of a minute or two. Once opened in FastStone, the image can be zoomed and panned as responsively as any other image.
