Webshots file support

Simpler solution
I just had the same thing, where the first time I tried to access a .wb1 file from webshots, I received a message about an unknown file format.
I am using 1.80.3, with all add-ins.
So, I went into <Tools><Options><General><Startup> and saw that "Use all formats available" was selected.
I clicked "OK", not changing anything, but the Options window closed, the pictures were now viewable.

Viewing webshot wbc file - only first image is visable
Viewing webshot wbc file - only first image is visable. (program acknowledges there are multiple images "pages") Next page increments frame number in status bar but does not increment image. On some you'll get some of the pages but not others. I have one with 44 frames but can only see first 2 even whiel frame counter increments.

Can't view Webshots .wbz fle
I cannot view Webshots .wbz files either. I get the "format of the file *.wbz could not be determined" error message.
I have enabled options/General/Startup/Use all formats and the .wbz file is correctly associated to XnView i.e. wbz shows up in the supported formats window in XnView, but it refuses to open the file, still giving the above error message.
I have been able to convert the wbz file in question to jpeg using another specific conversion tool (so this means it's not corrupt), but I would much rather use only XnView as, apparently, it can open open so many more file formats.
Using WinXP on a MacBook Pro under Bootcamp as I couldn't get XnView to work correctly under MacOS X Tiger!

Webshots problems - how to send file?
Could you say how I can send you the file you request? I have just registered and tried to PM you with it but can't see how to attach the file.
